The majority of our food comes from Wales and is grown, reared or made following either organic or biodynamic practices.

We present these ingredients in a modern way, while also paying respect to our culinary heritage.

Flavours that we focus on try to convey our unique landscape. We are particularly driven by showcasing the wild food of our country. We choose to highlight what we believe is the essence of Wales - our incredible wild game, fish, shellfish, seaweeds and coastal vegetables.

We work closely with fishermen, growers and farmers and they dictate what goes on the menu each week.

At Gorse we are offering the choice of either a four or seven course menu at lunch (Thursday-Saturday) priced at £60pp and £95 respectively. In the evening (Wednesday - Saturday) we offer our signature dinner menu priced at £125.

Bookings are open three months in advance and are released on the 1st of each month at 11.00.

We currently cater for all dietaries and allergies with notice, but please be aware that we do not offer a vegan, dairy free or no fish/seafood alternative option on our ten course menu.

Please note that from 1st November we will no longer be able to accommodate a vegan or dairy free menu at either lunch or dinner.

We take a £25 per person deposit for our lunch menu, a £35 deposit for our seven course menu and a £50 deposit for our dinner menu. Please note that we are unable to issue a refund for any deposits taken for our tasting menu reservations when cancelled within 72 hours prior to the booking. All refunds will be issued minus a small card transaction fee. If you need to cancel within 72 hours of your reservation, please contact us directly through hello@gorserestaurant.co.uk.
